Susie Wyshak found her spot in the East Bay after growing up in Southern California. (Beverly Hills had nothing on Berkeley!) She graduated from UC Berkeley then helped agents at the East Bay's pioneering real estate agency nail their Advertising & Marketing, before earning her MBA in Marketing. The allure of pioneering tech companies led Susie to work in Silicon Valley...before the lure of the East Bay brought her back.

Home buyers can benefit from Susie's experiences living in and appreciating cities around the Bay Area. Susie has owned two "light fixer" homes in Oakland—the second in Rockridge, which pays for itself through rental income—as well as a vacation rental home.

Her work helping entrepreneurs and people achieve their goals brings real estate sellers and buyers a special focus on getting what the Client really wants. Susie has also dealt with family loss, inheriting too much stuff, then downsizing. Her life experiences and belief that "if you can dream it, you can do it" will help Clients with their own future planning, whatever their goals.

Susie actively participates in Toastmasters, hosts Airbnb guests, supports local food and entrepreneurial projects, and enjoys exploring local neighborhoods with Clients, whether they are moving from San Francisco to Oakland or making a short hop from North Berkeley to Rockridge.
